Composition
Each gram of powder contains:

Sulfadiazine: 250 mg

Trimethoprim: 50 mg
Indications
Kimia Synotrim 300® is indicated for the control and treatment of various gastrointestinal and respiratory diseases caused by bacteria sensitive to sulfadiazine + trimethoprim, including:

Escherichia coli
-
Avibacterium spp.
-
Pasteurella spp.
-
Salmonella spp.
-
Staphylococcus spp.
-
Streptococcus spp.
in poultry.
Dosage and Administration
1 kg of powder per 1 ton of feed for 5–6 days.
Note: Dosage and duration of treatment may vary depending on the type and severity of the disease and should be determined by a veterinarian.
Contraindications

Contraindicated in laying poultry producing eggs for human consumption.

Do not use in animals hypersensitive to sulfonamides or in cases of severe hepatic or renal insufficiency.
Drug Interactions
Avoid concurrent administration with polypeptide antibiotics and aminoglycosides.
Withdrawal Period

Broiler poultry: Discontinue use 5 days prior to slaughter.
Precautions
-
After opening the package, use the product within 60 days.
-
The prepared medicated feed must be used within a maximum of 24 hours.
