Composition
Each gram of Kimia Trim 500 Forte powder contains:

Sulfadiazine: 400 mg

Trimethoprim: 100 mg
Indications
Kimia Trim 500 Forte is used for the prevention, control, and treatment of many diseases caused by bacterial agents sensitive to sulfadiazine + trimethoprim, such as:

Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD)
-
Colibacillosis
-
Infectious coryza
-
Pasteurellosis
-
Bacterial pneumonias
-
Salmonellosis (infectious diarrhea)
Dosage and Administration
500 mL of Kimia Trim 500 Forte in 1500–2500 liters of drinking water for 4–7 days, depending on age and body weight.
Note:
The duration and dosage may vary according to the type and severity of the disease and should preferably be determined by a clinician.
Contraindications

Use in laying poultry whose eggs are intended for human consumption is prohibited.

Do not use in animals with hepatic or renal disorders.
Drug Interactions
Avoid concurrent administration of Kimia Trim 500 Forte with polypeptide antibiotics, beta-lactams, and aminoglycosides.
Withdrawal Period
Discontinue use 5 days before slaughter of poultry.
Precautions

After opening the bottle, the contents must be used within 60 days.

The prepared medicated solution should be used within a maximum of 24 hours.
