Composition

Each liter of Kimia Hyprotic contains:

  • Peracetic Acid: 5%

  • Hydrogen Peroxide: 25%

Indications

  • Disinfection of hatcheries in poultry hatchery plants

  • Disinfection of poultry houses (fogging method), cages, and poultry equipment (drinkers and feeders)

  • Disinfection of vehicle and livestock entrance footbaths in poultry and livestock farms

  • Disinfection of animal housing, maternity pens, calf pens, hospitals, and water tanks and distribution systems

  • Disinfection of transport trucks

  • Disinfection of floors and boots

Dosage and Method of Use

First, dilute concentrated Kimia Hyprotic® according to the type and level of contamination, then apply as follows:

  • Air disinfection in the presence of chicks:
    Dilute at 100 mL per 100 liters of water and spray over the chicks.

  • Surface disinfection (houses):
    Dilute 1:400 (250 mL per 100 liters of water) and apply by spraying or wiping.

  • Equipment and tools disinfection:
    Dilute 1:200 (500 mL per 100 liters of water) and apply by immersion.

  • Entrance footbath disinfection:
    Dilute 1:400 (50 mL per 20 liters of water) and mix with water.

  • Feed disinfection before processing:
    Dilute 1:1000 or 1:2000 (0.5–1 liter per ton of feed) and apply by spraying or mixing with water.

  • Drinking water disinfection:
    Dilute 1:20,000 (0.5 liter per 10,000 liters of water).

  • Carcass disinfection in slaughterhouses:
    Dilute 1:250 or 1:350 (300–400 mL per 100 liters of water) and spray onto carcasses.

  • Milking system and milk transport tank disinfection:
    Dilute 1:350 to 1:500 (40–60 mL per 20 liters of water) and circulate within the system.

  • Cow udder disinfection:
    Dilute 1:350 to 1:500 (40–60 mL per 20 liters of water) and apply by spraying.

  • Hoof disinfection for lameness control:
    Dilute 1:400 (250 mL per 100 liters of water) and mix with water.

Precautions

  • Use protective clothing, gloves, mask, and goggles during application.

  • Avoid inhalation of vapors and spray mist.

  • In case of ingestion, give water immediately do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention.

  • In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a physician.

  • In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.

  • Use only in well-ventilated areas.
