Composition
Each liter of Kimia Closantel 5 contains:

Closantel: 50 g
(equivalent to 55 g Closantel sodium dihydrate)
Indications
Used for the control and treatment of parasitic infestations caused by:
-
Trematodes: Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica

Nematodes: various species of Haemonchus, Bunostomum, and Oesophagostomum
-
Larval stages of some arthropods: Hypoderma bovis, Hypoderma lineatum, Oestrus ovis, and Lucilia cuprina
Dosage and Administration
Sheep and Goats:

For Fasciola spp., Chabertia, and Oesophagostomum:
1 mL per 5 kg body weight -
For Haemonchus and Oestrus ovis:
1 mL per 10 kg body weight -
For Fascioloides magna and Lucilia cuprina:
1 mL per 3.3 kg body weight
Cattle and Calves:
-
For Fasciola spp., Haemonchus, Bunostomum, and Oesophagostomum:
1 mL per 10 kg body weight -
For Hypoderma bovis and Hypoderma lineatum:
1 mL per 5 kg body weight
Contraindications
To prevent toxic reactions, do not use concurrently with chlorinated compounds (insecticides).
Drug Interactions
Chlorinated compounds used in insecticides may interact with this product.
Withdrawal Period

Meat and milk: 28 days after the last treatment
Precautions

After opening the bottle, the contents must be used within 60 days.

The prepared solution should be used within 24 hours.
