Composition
Each milliliter of Kimia Toltracox oral solution contains 25 mg Toltrazuril.

Indications
Toltrazuril is a broad-spectrum anticoccidial agent used for the treatment of coccidiosis caused by various Eimeria species in broiler chickens and broiler breeders, including:
Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. mitis, E. necatrix, and E. tenella;
as well as Eimeria adenoides, Meleagrimitis, and Meleagridis in turkeys;
and coccidiosis of geese caused by Eimeria anseris and Eimeria truncata.

Dosage and Administration

  • 7 mg Toltrazuril per kg of body weight, or

  • 1 liter per 1000 liters of drinking water,
    administered for 2 consecutive days.

Note:
The duration and dosage may vary depending on the type and severity of the disease and should preferably be determined by a veterinarian or clinician.

Contraindications
Use of Kimia Toltracox in laying birds whose eggs are intended for human consumption is prohibited.

Withdrawal Period
Administration must be discontinued 8 days before slaughter.
