Composition
Each milliliter of Kimia Flor 10® contains 100 mg of florfenicol.
Indications
Used for the prevention, control, and treatment of diseases caused by Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria sensitive to florfenicol affecting the respiratory and gastrointestinal systems, including CRD, colibacillosis, pasteurellosis, infectious coryza, Ornithobacterium infections, and other infections caused by various species of Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Corynebacterium.
Dosage and Administration
20 mg of pure florfenicol per kg of live body weight per day (equivalent to 200 mg of Kimia Flor 10®), corresponding to 1 liter of Kimia Flor 10® per 1,000 liters of drinking water, based on age and body weight.
Note: Dosage and duration of treatment may vary depending on the type and severity of the disease and should be determined by a veterinarian.
Contraindications
Use of florfenicol is contraindicated in laying poultry during the laying period when eggs are intended for human consumption.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent administration of Kimia Flor 10® with most antibiotics, especially macrolides and lincosamides, may result in drug interactions.
Withdrawal Period

Broiler poultry: Discontinue use 5 days prior to slaughter

Laying poultry: Do not use during the laying period
Precautions

After opening the bottle, the contents should be used within 60 days.

The prepared medicated solution must be used within a maximum of 24 hours.
