Composition
Each milliliter of Kimia Flumequine 20® contains 200 mg of flumequine.
Indications
Flumequine is mainly effective against Gram-negative bacteria and some Gram-positive bacteria and is used for the treatment of respiratory, gastrointestinal, and urinary tract infections such as CRD, infectious coryza, fowl cholera, typhoid, and rhinotracheitis caused by flumequine-sensitive microorganisms including E. coli, Haemophilus, Campylobacter, Pasteurella, and Salmonella species in livestock and poultry.
Dosage and Administration
Poultry:
1 liter of Kimia Flumequine 20® solution per 1,000–2,000 liters of drinking water for 3–5 days.
Calves (pre-rumination) and Lambs:
10 mL per 75–150 kg of body weight, twice daily, for 3–5 days.
Fish:
12.5–25 mg per kg of body weight per day, administered in feed, for 5–8 days.
Note: Dosage and treatment duration may vary depending on the type and severity of the disease and should be determined by a veterinarian.
Contraindications
Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to flumequine, or in animals with severe hepatic or renal disorders.
Drug Interactions
Avoid concurrent administration with tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides, and lincosamides.
Withdrawal Period

Poultry: 3 days

Precautions

After opening the bottle, the contents should be used within 60 days.

The prepared medicated solution must be used within a maximum of 24 hours.
