Composition

Each gram of Kimia Linco 8.8® powder contains 9.98 mg of lincomycin hydrochloride, equivalent to 8.8 mg of active lincomycin.

Indications

Kimia Linco 8.8® is used for the control of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens and other susceptible microorganisms.
It is also administered for the prevention and treatment of CRD, CRD complex, and airsacculitis, in combination with spectinomycin.

Additionally, this product is used to increase body weight gain, reduce feed conversion ratio (FCR), and improve skin pigmentation.

Dosage and Administration

  • For the control of necrotic enteritis:
    250 g per ton of finished feed

  • For reduction of feed conversion ratio and increased growth rate:
    250–500 g per ton of finished feed

Note: Dosage and duration of use may vary depending on the type and severity of the disease and should be determined by a veterinarian.

Drug Interactions

Concurrent administration of lincomycin with macrolides such as tylosin and erythromycin may result in drug interactions.

Contraindications

Use of Kimia Linco 8.8® is contraindicated in breeder poultry, laying hens, and turkeys.
