Composition
Each gram of Kimia Linco-S® contains:

Lincomycin Hydrochloride: 222 mg
-
Spectinomycin Sulfate: 444 mg
Indications
Kimia Linco-S® is indicated for the prevention, control, and treatment of various diseases caused by lincomycin + spectinomycin–sensitive bacteria, including:
-
CRD and CRD complex
-
Pasteurellosis
-
Staphylococcal infections (especially bumblefoot)
-
Salmonellosis
-
Spirochetosis
It is also used to promote growth in chicks.
Dosage and Administration
Broiler Chickens
Prevention of CRD and CRD Complex:
150 g of Kimia Linco-S® per 200 liters of drinking water during the first 3–5 days of life.
Treatment of CRD and CRD Complex:
150 g of Kimia Linco-S® per 150 liters of drinking water for 3–5 consecutive days.
Growth Promotion:
150 g of Kimia Linco-S® per 30,000–40,000 birds per day during the first 3–5 days of life.
Turkeys
150 g of Kimia Linco-S® per 10,000–14,000 birds per day during the first 3–5 days of life.
Note: Dosage and duration of treatment vary depending on disease type and severity and must be determined by a veterinarian.
Contraindications

Use of Kimia Linco-S® is contraindicated in laying poultry during the laying period when eggs are intended for human consumption.

Use in ruminants, horses, and rabbits may cause gastrointestinal disturbances.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent administration of Kimia Linco-S® with macrolides or florfenicol may result in drug interactions.
Withdrawal Period

Poultry meat: Discontinue use 2 days prior to slaughter.

Eggs: Eggs may be consumed 10 days after discontinuation of treatment.
