Composition
Each gram of Kimia Lozine Phosphate® premix contains 250 mg of tylosin phosphate.
Indications
Used for the prevention and treatment of respiratory and gastrointestinal infections caused by tylosin-sensitive bacteria, including:

Mycoplasmal infections (Mycoplasma gallisepticum and M. synoviae)
-
Pasteurellosis
-
Necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens
Dosage and Administration
Prevention and Treatment of Respiratory Diseases
-
127 mg of tylosin per kg of body weight per day, or
-
4 kg of Kimia Lozine Phosphate® per ton of feed
Prevention and Treatment of Necrotic Enteritis
-
10–20 mg of tylosin per kg of body weight per day, or
-
350–700 g of Kimia Lozine Phosphate® per ton of feed
Note: Dosage and duration of use depend on the type and severity of the disease and must be determined by a veterinarian.
Contraindications
-
Contraindicated in laying poultry during the laying period when eggs are intended for human consumption.

Contraindicated in poultry with hepatic disorders.
Drug Interactions
-
Avoid concurrent administration of tylosin phosphate with lincosamides and aminoglycosides.

Do not use tylosin phosphate simultaneously with other antibiotics mixed in feed.
-
Diets containing tylosin must not exceed 2% bentonite.
Withdrawal Period
-
Broiler chickens: 1 day

Turkeys: 5 days
Precautions
For uniform distribution of Tylosin Phosphate 25% in feed, first mix the required amount with 50 kg of raw material, premix, or feed, then add the mixture to the final feed and mix thoroughly again.
