Composition

Each gram of KIMIA MOLIN 45 powder contains:

  • Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumarate: 450 mg

Indications

Tiamulin is an antibiotic from the pleuromutilin group. It acts by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit and inhibiting protein synthesis in microorganisms, thereby stopping their vital activities.

KIMIA MOLIN 45® is effective against:

  • Gram-positive bacteria such as various species of Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Clostridium

  • Gram-negative bacteria including Ornithobacterium, Pasteurella, Campylobacter, and Actinobacillus

  • It is particularly effective against Spirochetes and Mycoplasma species

Dosage and Administration

  • 100 g of the product dissolved in 180–200 liters of drinking water for 3–5 days

Important Notes

  • Tiamulin is compatible with the coccidiostat lasalocid

  • The duration and dosage depend on the type and severity of the disease and should be determined by a veterinarian

Contraindications

None.

Drug Interactions

Avoid concurrent use with ionophore coccidiostats such as salinomycin, monensin, narasin, and maduramicin at least one week before and after administration of tiamulin.
