Composition

Each milliliter of Kimia Mulin-S® contains 125 mg of tiamulin hydrogen fumarate.

Dosage and Administration

Prevention

For the prevention of CRD and airsacculitis in poultry and infectious sinusitis in turkeys:
12.5 mg of tiamulin per kg of live body weight per day, equivalent to 1 liter per 1,000 liters of drinking water.
Recommended for 3 days during the first week of life, followed by 1–2 days every 3–4 weeks.

Treatment

For the treatment of CRD and airsacculitis in poultry and infectious sinusitis in turkeys:
25 mg of tiamulin per kg of live body weight per day, equivalent to 2 liters per 1,000 liters of drinking water for 3–5 days.

Note: Dosage and duration of treatment may vary depending on the type and severity of the disease and should be determined by a veterinarian.

Drug Interactions

Avoid concurrent use with ionophore compounds such as salinomycin, monensin, and narasin for one week before and after tiamulin administration.

Withdrawal Period

  • Broiler chickens: 2 days

  • Eggs: None

  • Turkeys: 5 days

Precautions

  • After opening the bottle, the contents should be used within 60 days.

  • The prepared medicated solution must be used within a maximum of 24 hours.
