Composition

Each gram of Kimia Tetralorin O-T® powder contains:

  • Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumarate: 25 mg

  • Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride: 80 mg

Indications

Kimia Tetralorin O-T® is effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms, including Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Rickettsia, Spirochetes, and many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, both aerobic and anaerobic, such as E. coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Avibacterium, Staphylococci, Streptococci, and Clostridium, as well as certain protozoa.

It is effectively used for the treatment of respiratory diseases in poultry, including CRD, CCRD, and infectious synovitis.

Dosage and Administration

  • Broiler chickens:
    1 g per 8 kg of body weight per day, administered either from day 1–14 or day 21–30 of age.

  • Laying hens:
    1 g per 1 liter of drinking water, or 2 kg per ton of feed, for 7 days.

  • Broiler breeders:
    4 g per 1 liter of drinking water, or 8 kg per ton of feed, for 3 days.

  • Turkeys:
    6 g per 1 liter of drinking water for 3 days.

Note: Dosage and duration of treatment vary depending on the type and severity of the disease and should be determined by a veterinarian.

Contraindications

Concurrent use of Kimia Tetralorin O-T® with narasin, monensin, salinomycin, and maduramicin is contraindicated in poultry.

Drug Interactions

Avoid concurrent administration with macrolides, aminoglycosides, and divalent or trivalent cations such as aluminum, calcium, magnesium, and iron.

Withdrawal Period

  • Broilers (meat): 14 days

  • Eggs: 1 day
