✅ Calves and Lambs
100,000 IU of colistin per kg of body weight, equivalent to 0.5 mL of Kimiacolist-S® solution per 10 kg of body weight per day, for 3 to 5 consecutive days, administered via drinking water or mixed with milk replacer or supplementary feed during the suckling period.
If the drug is administered orally, the recommended daily dose may be divided into two equal doses.
