Antibiotic<\/h2>\n

Composition<\/h2>\n

Each milliliter of Kimia Flumequine 20\u00ae<\/strong> contains 200 mg of flumequine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Indications<\/h2>\n

Flumequine is mainly effective against Gram-negative bacteria<\/strong> and some Gram-positive bacteria<\/strong> and is used for the treatment of respiratory, gastrointestinal, and urinary tract infections<\/strong> such as CRD, infectious coryza, fowl cholera, typhoid, and rhinotracheitis<\/strong> caused by flumequine-sensitive microorganisms including E. coli, Haemophilus, Campylobacter, Pasteurella<\/strong>, and Salmonella species<\/strong> in livestock and poultry.<\/p>\n

Dosage and Administration<\/h2>\n

Poultry:<\/strong>
1 liter of Kimia Flumequine 20\u00ae solution per 1,000\u20132,000 liters of drinking water<\/strong> for 3\u20135 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Calves (pre-rumination) and Lambs:<\/strong>
10 mL per 75\u2013150 kg of body weight<\/strong>, twice daily<\/strong>, for 3\u20135 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fish:<\/strong>
12.5\u201325 mg per kg of body weight per day<\/strong>, administered in feed, for 5\u20138 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Dosage and treatment duration may vary depending on the type and severity of the disease and should be determined by a veterinarian.<\/p>\n

Contraindications<\/h2>\n

Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to flumequine<\/strong>, or in animals with severe hepatic or renal disorders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Drug Interactions<\/h2>\n

Avoid concurrent administration with tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides, and lincosamides<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
