Antibiotic<\/h2>\n

Composition<\/h2>\n

Each sachet of Kimia Lozine\u00ae<\/strong> contains 100 g of active tylosin in the form of tylosin tartrate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Indications<\/h2>\n

Used for the prevention, control, and treatment<\/strong> of diseases caused by tylosin-sensitive bacteria<\/strong>, including CRD, mycoplasmal infections<\/strong>, and other chronic respiratory infections<\/strong>.
It is also indicated for the control of necrotic enteritis<\/strong> and reduction of secondary infections following stress caused by live vaccination<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Additionally, this product is used in honey bees<\/strong> for the control of American foulbrood<\/strong> (Paenibacillus larvae<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Dosage and Administration<\/h2>\n

Control of CRD and Mycoplasmal Infections<\/h3>\n

Broiler Chickens:<\/strong>
0.5 g per 1 liter of drinking water<\/strong>, or one 100-g sachet per 200 liters of water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    0.5 g per 1 liter of drinking water<\/strong>, or one 100-g sachet per 200 liters of water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Honey Bees<\/h3>\n

          Mix 200 mg of Kimia Lozine\u00ae per colony<\/strong> with 20 g of sugar<\/strong> and administer once weekly for 3 consecutive weeks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Note:<\/strong> Dosage and duration of treatment vary depending on disease type and severity and must be determined by a veterinarian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Contraindications<\/h2>\n

          • \n

            Use of tylosin is contraindicated in laying poultry<\/strong> producing eggs for human consumption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Contraindicated in poultry with hepatic disorders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Drug Interactions<\/h2>\n

            • \n

              Avoid concurrent administration of tylosin phosphate<\/strong> with other macrolides, lincosamides, and aminoglycosides<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Do not mix tylosin phosphate with other antibiotics in feed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
